he Carroll Centre is a charity organisation based in Stanmore, Winchester, which serves the local community with its involvement with the young and not so young people in and around Winchester.
Various activities are held at the centre including football, art workshops, mums and tots, youth nights, Young Carers, games evenings and much much more.There is an active After School Club together with holiday playschemes which take place every half term and school holidays.

• Promote activities to benefit the young people of Stanmore & surrounding areas (aged 24 & under)
  
• Provide a safe, non-discriminatory environment, in which the principles of equal opportunities are actively promoted, without distinction of gender, age, sexual orientation or race; or of political, religious or other beliefs.
  
• Build partnerships between young people & other agencies in a common effort to advance education & provide activities in the interest of health & social welfare, recreation & leisure time occupation.
